Friday Oct. 20 Varsity Softball took on Arvada West in their first round of playoffs at Aurora Sports Complex . The girls fought hard taking the lead 3-0 for most of the game until the fifth inning, when Arvada hit two home runs making the score 5-3. After the hard fought game, the Golden Eagles were unable to obtain three runs to move on to the next round of playoffs. Therefore, ending their season with 17-6 record.
