Tuesday, Jan. 26, Mountain Vista’s ultimate team (High Point) faced off against Rock Canyon ultimate. This was the first game of the 2016 season due to the snowy fields. High Point has been practicing inside the school for the past couple of weeks so they were glad to be back out on the field.
“The game was fun, but it was a good challenge for our team. We all need to work on something, but that’s part of the game. It was also pretty cool when I went to dive for the disc but then it turned into a pretty nice belly slide,” junior Drew Kessel said.
The final score was 12-8 Rock Canyon.
